RAJDHANI installed and has updated lighting, ventilation and ergonomics of its plants using latest technologies like bus bar for electrical fitting, overhead mirror reflectors for lam PS, forced duct ventilation and so on. The goal is to exceed requirements of local legislation and reach the global standards, and thereby support clients’ images and sourcing principles. Moreover, usage of metal gloves in times of fabric cutting, needle guar d in time of sewing and such similar proceduresreduces significantly work-related accidents in Base. Besides being safe, RAJDHANI workplace offers a congenial & supporting environment for all: managerial staffs and workers work in mutual cooperation and respect. RAJDHANI consciously puts effort to empower woman not only by just recruiting more women in workforce, rather by undertaking some assertive programs to train & promote women in the higher levels
IN HOUSE SAMPLING & DEVELOPMENT
RAJDHANI can comprehend the swinging-pendulum of the fashion world and can therefore adapt to the taste of trendy consumers. It has set up a Sampling Unit at its corporate office besides Factory. This fully-fledged section, headed by an expert, prepares its own seasonal collection according to the latest market-trends.

Sampling
At RAJDHANI, sampling of garments is given great emphasis and the sampling department ensures a smooth pre-production process. Cutting

Sewing
To help maintain the productivity and quality, RAJDHANI ensures that all of its sewing and other garmenting machines should be of world-class brands with semi as well as fully automated features. It has got all of the special types of sewing machinery and equipment used in the apparel industry worldwide. Some of those machines are like 4 Thread Overlock, Picoting, Fagoting, Auto Button Holing and Stitching, Small cylinder Bed, VT series, Flat Seaming, Kansai P.M.D., Smoking, Zigzag, Feed-Off-The-Arm and Elastic Inserting etc. Its apparel finishing section has all of the necessary machinery and equipment like thread sucker, vacuum iron table and the like.
Finishing & Packing
A full-fledged, modern and composite in-house plant of garment finishing helps us deliver faultless and quality-checked apparels to our clients. The finishing department ensures that the products are examined and reviewed a number of times. For over-the-top customer experience, our packing department ensures that the products are packaged well for delivery. We make sure that he unit is dust and pollution free to ensure that the customer receives the best. The garments are carefully packed piece by piece and the details are attached one step at a time so that not a single one is missed. Hence, the final products that go to the client are well-supervised, quality assured and perfectly packed to satisfy their needs and meet their expectations.
